Seung-Han Ro

SeungHan Ro is an Associate Professor at the Department of Real Estate Studies, Konkuk University,  South Korea. His research expertise lies in real estate finance and investment, Real Estate Investment  Trusts(REITs), behavioral real estate and real estate management. He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a B.S. in Architecture and received a M.S. in Building Construction and Facility  Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. He earned a Ph.D. in Real Estate in 2011 from  the Department of Real Estate at Georgia State University. He wrote his dissertation on wealth effects  of REIT property-type focus changes using evidence from property transactions and joint ventures.  After serving as an assistant professor in the School of Real Estate and Planning at University of  Reading, UK, he came to the Department of Real Estate Studies at Konkuk University in 2013. He has  published a number of journal articles on real estate finance, investment, management and behavioural real estate. He teaches real estate management, asset management, commercial real  estate finance and real estate investment etc.
