Chang-Ha Jin

Since 2012 Spring Semester, Dr. Changha Jin has been a faculty member at the Department of Economics in the College of Business and Economics at Hanyang University, ERICA. 

Currently, he is a professor and Associate Dean of Graduate School of Industrial Convergence.  

Prior to joining Hanyang University, he has been assistant professor in the Department of Finance and Economics in the College of Business Administration at the University of Texas – Pan American from 2009 to 2012. Dr. Jin earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major in real estate at Georgia State University. Previously, Jin had a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University (GSU) and obtained his Bachelor degree in International Economics and Commerce at Konkuk University, Seoul, South Korea. 

Grounded in his prior research and teaching experience at Georgia State University, Dr.Jin has a strong desire to research issues relevant to real estate professionals. His research interests are comprised of the following research streams and his publications are established on these themes, Real Estate Economics and Finance, International Real Estate Finance & Portfolio Management, Behavioral Research in Real Estate.
